Recently read Flesh Circus (Jill Kismet #4) by Lilith Saintcrow ([link] <-- go visit and buy). Then yesterday afternoon I was trying to shake the muse loose and thought "OMG, I bought a bunch of the Cirque du Macabre stuff by Sixus forever ago and I've never used it." So here's a concept piece (rather than an actual scene depiction) of Jill in the big top. I didn't add any of the other creepy CdM things because the midget clowns freak me out too much.
Rendered in P7, postwork in Photoshop CS3. I painted in a ridiculous amount of detail--including one eye blue, the other brown...and red thread with silver charms in her hair with blue sparks...and the ruby necklace...and she had a great, angry-confident look to her--and then I threw on some filters, 'cause I liked the illustrated look, and lost it all. Oh well. *I* know it's there.
BTW, muse is now loose but doesn't want to work on cover art. The bitch.
Other specs for those interested: V4, Raiver clothes from Daz, gun and slightly modified pose from Pretty3D's Treasure Hunter, Easy Pose bullwhip from Rendo. Lights...don't remember.
